Stitching on seat got undone while under warranty. Quick easy. Got set up the next week since I took it in closer to the weekend and done. Mr Frank took care of everything

Horrible customer service, had to practically beg to get my tire swapped out and they could not find my information until I pulled up my paper receipt, then magically they found my information. I was told I would get a call a couple days …
