The lady that helped check my batter was nice, but she unfortunately did not know how to charge my battery for me. My battery is in the hood of my car. I don't understand stating that your "parts professionals" can change the battery for us when they cant! Maybe need new parts professionals.

Beware of their online delivery promises. I placed an order with the promise of next day delivery when I could have picked up locally same day. Now I’m told I won’t see my purchase for 5 days later without offering me the option to pickup my order at my local store instead.
