O'Reilly's doesn't honor warranty's the package says lifetime warranty on it yet the store says it's a limited lifetime warranty so they don't so they make their own warranty and poor customer service it won't let u give no stars

I love the atmosphere of this Oreillys. Every worker helps when walking in the door. Every time I go in somebody is able to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. Everybody that works there is polite, informative, and willing to help with anything. Today I went 2 separate times both times I was greeted with a hello and a smile.
