I came in after being stranded suddenly. I was unprepared and upset, in tears actually. Lukas and Gene saved the day. They helped me by going above and beyond. Helping me figure out the best option for towing, got me a box of tissues, and staying with my car till it got towed after I had left. Best customer service ever.
I like O'Reilly's a lot. They usually have the part's I need on hand or can get it from another store fairly quickly. Some times they are kinda pricey though.
Lukas was incredibly kind and helpful installing my blinker light! We're lucky to have him in Choctaw!
They gave me bad advice about my car... except to take it to the Nissan dealership.

Lukas was awesome when I showed up to the store needing help removing tar off the rear quarter panel of my truck. I was scared because I thought my paint was destroyed. Lukas personally helped me figure out what to use, and even helped me do the work! Give this man a raise!
I went to AutoZone. They couldn’t help me. I went to O’Reillys for brake pads and the manager and the young man at the counter was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I was able to get in and get out. I will never go to …
